The selection and maintenance of blades are very important things in daily work. It has to be admitted that the safety hazard of the blade is also a safety hazard that cannot be ignored.

First of all, a good blade should have the characteristics of clear knife sound from the time of purchase. This needs to be checked by the staff. Please use your right index finger to carefully stir up the blade and hang the blade in the air, then hit the knife body with a mallet, and listen to the sound from the knife body with your ears. There are cracks and damage in the impact damage of external force. Such blades should be discontinued for purchase. It is forbidden to write or mark on the blade with an electric engraving pen or other scratching methods to avoid damage to the blade body.

The blade of the cutting machine blade is extremely sharp, but too brittle. In order to prevent the blade from hurting the staff or the blade from accidental damage, do not touch the blade to the body or touch other hard metal objects. Spare blades should be handed over to dedicated staff for proper storage and storage. Do not leave them idle to prevent damage to the blades or accidents. After the blade is bought back, it will naturally have to be installed. Before installing the blade, please carefully clean up the dust, cutting and other dirt on the mounting surface of the rotary bearing of the cutting machine, and keep the bearing installation surface and the cutting machine clean and tidy.

1. Carefully and stably place the blade on the mounting surface of the bearing, and rotate the bearing of the cutting machine by hand to automatically align it with the core of the blade.

2. Install the pressure knife block on the blade of the cutting machine and align the anchor bolt holes with the anchor bolt holes on the bearing of the cutting machine.

3. Install the hexagon socket bolts, and tighten the screws with a hexagon wrench to securely install the blade on the bearing.

4.Self-examination: After the blade is installed, there must be no loosening or tilting. Although there is no problem after this is done well, the safety precautions must be sure that accidents will not happen. Of course, even then, the running speed should be limited to below 4500 rpm to prevent accidents.

After the project is completed in the early stage, it will be tested for a period of time before operation, and the normal use of the equipment can ensure the safe production of the blades. During the drilling process, please push the PCB circuit board to be drilled at an even speed, and do not push the PCB circuit board too quickly. When the PCB circuit board collides violently with the blade, it will cause damage to the blade (crashing, cracking), and even serious accidents. When the blade is in storage, the knife body should be kept clean and clean, and no dirt, black spots, smoke and other dirt are allowed to stay on the knife hand. The tooth surface of the blade should be covered with PVC rubber hose for at least one turn, and it should be firmly pasted with sealing tape.

These measures can ensure the productivity and quality of the work, so a good blade is definitely the key point of the automatic plug-in machine. It can be said that the working efficiency of the automatic plug-in machine depends entirely on the quality of the blade.
