The foot clipper turns slowly
Phenomenon: During the operation of the machine, especially when turning to insert parts, it can be seen that the rotation of the foot clipper needs to be slowed down, which makes the parts unable to be inserted, resulting in flying parts
Reason: The main reason is a problem with the steering cylinder control solenoid valve and steering cylinder
(1) If there is a problem with the control solenoid valve of the steering cylinder, it will cause uneven steam flow in the cylinder, resulting in a slower turning speed of the shear foot
Solution: Use a wrench to poke the steering solenoid valve and check if the direction of the foot clipper is normal. If it is not normal, it indicates that there is a problem with the steering solenoid valve. Alternatively, unplug the air pipe connected to the solenoid valve and check if there is air flow in and out of the solenoid valve when the machine moves to the moment when the foot clipper is turning. If there is no air flow in and out, it indicates that there is a problem with the steering solenoid valve. Remove the steering solenoid valve and check and maintain it. After reinstalling it, check again to see if the above phenomenon occurs. If there is any, Replace the solenoid valve Note: Due to the fact that the lifting solenoid valve, shear foot solenoid valve, and steering solenoid valve (2) are all four in one, it is also necessary to check the other three solenoid valves at the same time
(2) Wear and air leakage of the steering cylinder can cause insufficient force channel when turning the foot clipper, resulting in slower turning of the foot clipper
Solution: First, remove the base, remove the upper air pipe joint connected to the steering cylinder, remove the upper air pipe joint connected to the steering cylinder, and then block the air inlet to move the cylinder back and forth to see if it is laborious. If it is not laborious, it indicates that the cylinder is worn and leaking, and the steering cylinder needs to be replaced
