Troubleshooting: Component cannot be driven into the clipper
For Universal Radial 6380 series machine
Under the condition of accurate coordinates, appropriate tightness of the plug-in head, and good alignment, the parts cannot be inserted into the foot clipper
Phenomenon: The two wire pins of the part will be inserted into the holes of the PWB, and at the same time, they cannot be pressed down by hand on time, causing flying parts Reason: The part thread did not fit into the opening of the cutting tool
The reasons for this phenomenon are:
(1) When the machine is being maintained, the tool of the foot clipper is installed incorrectly, causing the foot clipper to not open
Solution: Remove the foot clipper and reinstall the tool in the correct way
(2) The foot clipper is too dirty, resulting in high friction, which makes it unable to open
Solution: Clean the foot clipper
(3) The turning angle of the foot clipper is incorrect, that is, there is a deviation when turning at 0 degrees ± 90 degrees, causing the opening of the foot clipper to be misaligned with the direction of the PWB hole, resulting in the parts not being inserted
Solution: Just readjust the angle of the foot clipper according to the method of adjusting the angle of the foot clipper
(4) The misalignment between the base and the plug-in head results in a relative deviation between the opening of the foot clipper tool and the coordinates of the PWB plug-in hole, resulting in the inability of the part to be inserted
Solution: Remove the PWB, pull off the air pressure switch of the plug head, press the plug head to roughly check whether the plug head is aligned with the base. If not, readjust the alignment between the base and the plug head. Note: After this adjustment, the BEC must also be adjusted
(5) The foot clipper turns slowly
