Improper matching of air pressure in the second cylinder
Phenomenon: The downward pressure rod begins to extend when the plug-in does not touch the upper surface of the part, which is a certain distance from the upper surface of the part. This can easily cause the part to fly and cause flying parts
Reason: Due to the air pressure of cylinder 2 being greater than that of cylinder 1, the two do not match well
Solution: Adjust the air pressure of Insert1 and Insert2 so that the air pressure of Insert1 is slightly higher than that of Insert2. It is advisable for the lower pressure rod to drop and touch the upper surface of the part just before extending, without touching the part
